You must be in the automotive industry to become a Nitrous Warehouse dealer. You must also adhere to the NX (or any other) "Manufacturer Advertising Pricing" (MAP) policy. This is to protect you, as well as other dealers. |

Dealer discounts will be based on a percentage off NX jobber prices. This percentage will be disclosed once your application has been approved. There is " No Buy In", but Nitrous Warehouse will consider giving extra discounts on larger orders. |

Rules:
1. It is against Nitrous Express' MAP rules to advertise/post ANY price 12% below NX jobber. This includes the internet, flyers, advertisements, message boards/chat rooms, group purchases, magazines, etc.
If you are found in violation of this rule (which applies to Nitrous Warehouse's dealers as well), NX will ban you from selling their product for one year... minimum!
2. Please fax (281-257-6577) or email jstewart_01@msn.com all orders.
You can also call to make sure we got them, but we need a hard copy.
3. In order to offer you the prices we do and have no buy in, ALL returns will have a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be returned within two weeks of the receive date. Returns without an RGA number from us will be refused and returned to customer. Returns must be in unused condition and if package is cut open, we have to send it back to NX, so there is a re-package fee. You will be charged for any missing parts. No exceptions!!!
4. All warranty issues are to be made with NX. 1-888-GO-FAST-1
